A small laugh came from his lips, the school wasn't much, it was, well an oridnary school really. Edward didn't ever see anything special about it and figured no one else would either. He shifted so he could look ahead of him and something about a Damien guy came to his mind from Eve. He raised an eyebrow as he saw the girl shudder, obviously not from the weather, but from that person. Edward began to wonder who he was, but figured he'd just ask later.
When he heard her question of his favorite spot, he smirked slightly "My favorite spot isn't in town." he told her "Forks is small. There are a few family owned places, but other than that, you don't have much." Edward looked back towards her "If you want places to go shopping, such as for clothes, the best place would be either Port Angeles or Seattle." he told her with a smile "And I'm sure my sister Alice would be more than thrilled to show you those places as well." he let out a small laugh, knowing how much the pixie girl loved to shop and how much she was into the latest fashion.

When he told her his favourite spot she wondered where it was, however she didn’t ask. “Yeah I thought so but I like small towns. They feel more like a home than big places.” she said because often she felt like having people all around her helped her. Made her feel more welcome and not so alone, that was just one of the reasons she stuck to the small towns. “You’re sister Alice.” Eve remembered her name as one he had said earlier and nodded. He could tell that by the way he spoke of her that he regarded her a lot higher than Rosalie. “She sounds like a nice person.” Eve said noting on what he had sad about her already.
Looking out the window Eve ran her hand through her hair and had realised that this was the first time, in a long time, that she had felt happy. Turning to look at Edward she smiled, truly thankful. “Thankyou, for today I mean. Thanks.” Eve said truthfully, it had been refreshing for her.

Edward nodded towards her words "Yes, small towns are usually better. It also is less wandering eyes and people being sucpicious of who we are." he told her with a small shrug. He looked towards her when she said Alice's name and smiled "Yea, she is wonderful. I'd be lost without her sometimes." he laughed a bit and shook his head. He was really thankful for Alice during the past six years. He wasn't sure he'd survive it if it wasn't for her and Esme. How he loved the two of them dearly.
Edward looked back out towards road, noticing that they were in Forks. When he heard Eve speak again, he looked back to her with a smile on his face "I should really be thanking you." he told her truthfully and the smile widen a bit "In the past six years, I never smiled like I truly meant it until today."

Nodding to Edward as he mentioned some of the other reasons why small towns were good. They were the other of her reasons as well, seemed like people moved around for the same reasons. Then as he talked about Alice, he was truly happy that she was there for him. Eve thought that she would like this girl, from what Edward had told her she seemed like a good person. “I can’t wait to meet her now.” Eve said truthfully wanting to meet this girl who was able to take care of him. “I am glad that she was there for you, everyone needs someone constant.” Eve said, it was so hard for her to get over the death of her first husband. If she had of had someone like Alice it would have made her life a lot easier.
Then Edward said thankyou to her, telling her that she had made him be truly happy for the first time in 6 years. That was a long time to be unhappy and she was glad to have made him see some good. “Well I am glad then.” she said. “I don’t think I have been so happy in a long time either.” Eve said, not remembering that last time that she had enteracted with someone alike her, who didn’t have an ulterior motive.
A though popped into her head that she had had earlier. “So you can read minds?” Eve said with a smile, thinking it was really cool.

Edward grinned a bit towards her words "I'm sure she'll be just as excited to meet you." he told her, he was sure Alice had probably seen most of this happen before it even did and he was surprise that she didn't get to the house quickly enough to meet Eve. But, he knew there'd be other chances for the pixie girl to meet the other vampire "Yes, I was very thankful for Alice and Esme." he told her with a smile "Esme is our, well, mother. I truly love her as a mother too. I think you'll enjoy her as well." he admitted to her.
He just smiled towards her words, he was really glad to have met Eve, he started to think of how life would of gone here in Forks if he did't run into this stranger in the forest. But he pushed the thoughts aside and figured there was no point in wondering about the if's anymore.
When he heard her next question, he had finally came to a stop on the side of the road in Forks and looked towards Eve with a smile "I can. When I was a human, I was good with reading people's faces." Edward told her "What about you? I know not all vampires have powers, but do you?" he ask curiously.

“That’s good to hear.” Eve said happy that his sister would be happy to meet her, that was a good thing. Talking about his mother is also brought out the same affection, he was so truly happy that she had been there for him. You could tell he was grateful to have them in his life. “That’s good, I look forward to meeting both of them.” Having a mother figure to guide him had helped him through that rough patch, Eve could see it and I am sure others could too if they knew.
He told her about when he was human he was very good at reading people, it was a lot like Eve being able to help people. “That’s so amazing.” Eve said with a smile, being able to hear what someone was thinking was remarkable. It made her feel like hers wasn’t nearly as good. “uhh I can heal people.” eve said, she hadn’t really told many people about her ability and this was weird for her. Then she sifted her eyes around and noticed they had stopped, it caused her to wonder where he was going to take her first.
